Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Large Format Print Operator to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone who has previously operated large format printers or similar equipment in a professional printing environment and can work independently while meeting high quality and production standards.This is not an entry level position. We are looking for someone who has done this work before and understands the pace, precision, and responsibility required in a production print setting.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently operate and maintain large format printers and related finishing equipment.Accurately set up jobs according to work orders and production specifications.Monitor print quality and colour consistency throughout production runs.Troubleshoot printing and equipment issues as they arise.Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on printers and work areas.Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality output.Safely handle materials and equipment and maintain an organized workspace.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.Package finished products accurately and prepare them for the shipping department.Required Experience & SkillsPrior experience operating large format printers or similar equipment in a production environment.Strong understanding of print production workflows and quality control.Ability to read and follow detailed work orders.Proven troubleshooting and problem solving skills.Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including standing, lifting, and handling large materials.Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
