Sales Coordinator, Installed Sales and Project Management

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator, Installed Sales and Project Management to join our team at RONA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing sales plans to reach annual sales and margin objectives, actively generating sales through qualifying potential customers, and executing project and design consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales plans to reach annual sales and margin objectives
  • Actively generate sales through qualifying potential customers and referrals
  • Execute project and design consultations, including store showroom tours and on occasion in-home
  • Produce design layouts with plans, elevations, and 3D renderings, proposing products available in store or through special orders
  • Provide quotes to customers, including a detailed scope of work, project timelines, and financial proposal
  • Liaise with customers and contractors to ensure superior customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • 3 years' experience in interior/exterior project sales and management
  • Proven sales performance in previous roles, ideally in environments where financing is offered and guarantees are part of the offer
  • Passion for design and home improvement
  • Superior computer skills in recognized specialized design software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Superior product expertise and advanced project management knowledge
