Hire, train, and onboard new employees. Schedule shifts, monitor attendance, and manage staff performance. Motivate employees to meet sales targets and maintain morale. Track sales performance and assist with merchandising and promotions. Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and coordinate inventory counts. Open and close the store, handle cash registers, and maintain cleanliness. Prepare sales and performance reports. Maintain employee records and payroll information. Report theft, damage, or maintenance issues to management. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for orders and deliveries. Manage pricing updates and promotional materials.
