_Floor Manager/Server _
**We are looking for an assistant manager to join our team, with potential to move up in the company if desired.**

**New team member must have 2 years minimum serving experience and at least one year minimum as a manager or a floor supervisor of a full service restaurant or bar.**
- Position would be 5 days a week
- Must be available for Sundays & Holidays with a combination of day and night shifts
- Must live within the area of the Dublin Crossing and have your own transportation.
- One office cash shift minimum per week. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel & Word
- Approximately two-three shifts would be a combination of serving and or bartending
- Schedule will change due to holidays and events at the Dublin

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Assisting in culture and a positive work environment
- Training and monitoring the development of staff
- Shift leading: delegating duties, assigning tasks, and following up with all team members
- A combination schedule of serving, office work, and managing the floor
- Dealing with all issue and disciplining staff when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the pub and restaurant
- Ensure all food items are being prepared according to the standards of the establishment
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Provide new ideas for promotions, specials, and events
- Efficiently lead the restaurant and pub while General Manager is not present

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
