Location : Regina, SK Job Type : Full-Time| Permanent Responsibilities : Coordinate with the power project engineering procurement and construction (EPC) partner, utility and offtake stakeholders. Supervise and guide staff and subcontractors. Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Lead the quality review process of power analytical and operational products developed by the EPC and other subcontractors. Interface regularly with the power engineering, development and financial team to align plans and workflows with development schedules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and legal, to ensure successful project development. Manage the permitting process, environmental assessments, and community engagement activities. Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure projects adhere to all relevant local, state, and federal regulations. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in business, energy, finance, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of project development experience in the solar industry. Understanding of key quantitative business concepts, including both probabilistic thinking and financial metrics (NPV, IRR, etc.) Strong knowledge of the Canadian solar and energy industry, specifically pricing, process for offtake, permitting and interconnection. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
