**Your Role**

You’ll join our team of experts who lead public sector healthcare projects to bring communities together, enhance communications and improve the delivery of digital healthcare services across the province.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be part of a team delivering several complex technology infrastructure projects from pre-project planning, through design, construction and transition management.
- Planning, coordinating and progress reporting of project management activities including financial, schedule, communications, procurement, risk and issues through duration of project.
- Preparing reports and presentations for the client and senior leadership.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, funding partners, design and construction professionals to plan and implement capital building projects.
- Use your technical knowledge in project planning, design and construction to resolve complex project challenges.
- Ensure that project activities are conducted in accordance with Colliers Project Leaders Quality Management System.

Qualifications:

- A university degree business, or an equivalent academic experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing large scale IT software or infrastructure projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Designation
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Resolve client, project and technical challenges
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- The ability to prioritize competing tasks to meet tight deadlines
- Intermediate spreadsheet (Excel) skills
