About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Senior Project Manager
to lead large-scale IT initiatives, drive project delivery, and support organizational transformation. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing IT projects in the
healthcare sector
, working with distributed teams, and overseeing multi-million-dollar budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full project lifecycle: planning, coordination, governance, and delivery
  • Oversee procurement and financial tracking
  • Manage stakeholder communications across all levels
  • Drive organizational change management and adoption
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and project activities
  • Monitor progress, risks, issues, and provide executive reporting
  • Support requirements gathering, design, and transition activities
  • Manage project resources, coach team members, and ensure high performance

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years managing IT projects in the healthcare sector
  • Experience managing
    budgets over $2M
    and
    teams of 5+ FTEs
  • Strong skills in
    MS Office
    , reporting, documentation, project planning (WBS), and communication
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale environments with multiple integrated systems
  • Organizational change management experience
  • Solid understanding of IT architecture, systems, and processes

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree in Business Administration (or Master's in Business Administration)
  • PMP certification
  • PgMP certification
  • Minimum five (5) years managing IT projects in healthcare

Nice to Have

  • Experience in data analytics or large IT environments
  • Experience with enterprise-scale platforms and modern IT methodologies
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Strong understanding of IT standards and architecture
