Paid Sick Days RRSP Match Extensive hands-on Training program Position Summary The Billing Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the training department with a focus on invoicing for the Instructional Services Division. Specific Accountabilities Process credit card payments Process cheque payments received for client invoices, transfer to HO Manage invoice generation and payments for all clients Following the Department SLA timelines Any other duties assigned Qualifications Education & Work Experience High school completion or equivalent education proficiency and of up to one (1) years’ experience in an administrative position.

Competencies and Skills Well-developed organizational skills Keen attention to detail Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Proven ability to function in a fast-paced changing environment Proficient in Excel and Word programs This is a remote work environment position.
