Senior QA Lead Location: Canada/Remote Duration: 6 month+ can be extendable Domain/Industry: Insurance Preferrably Base Pay Range $45.00/hr - $52.00/hr Job Description We are looking for a Senior QA Lead to define, lead, and execute comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) testing strategies across complex, integrated platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in E2E validation across Web, Mobile, and API layers, with a focus on automation, AI-driven quality practices, and enterprise-scale quality governance. Key Responsibilities Define and lead end-to-end QA strategy and quality standards for cross-platform systems. Oversee complex integrated testing and ensure seamless user workflows across applications. Conduct exploratory and usability testing on high-impact features and releases. Certify major releases based on E2E test results and quality metrics. Monitor production quality signals and drive continuous improvement. Manage defect lifecycle, including reporting, root cause analysis, and resolution. Integrate AI/ML-driven tools for automation, visual regression, and predictive testing. Mentor teams on advanced E2E testing techniques and best practices. Requirements / Qualifications Over 10 years of experience in Quality Engineering, including 3+ years in senior or lead roles focused on E2E and system-level testing. Skilled in testing integrated, cross-platform systems across Web, Mobile, and API environments. Familiar with AI/ML-driven testing tools and predictive quality methodologies. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and STLC processes. Proficient with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI), bug tracking systems (Jira, Azure DevOps), and version control (Git). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to explain complex risks to technical and business teams. Automation Strategy: Knowledge of AI-based test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration strategies. Performance Testing: Familiarity with load/performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, etc.). Cloud/Containerization: Understanding of AWS and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for test environment management.
