**What you’ll get to do**:
- Define, create, and maintain complex test cases in a management tool
- Execute test cases
- Document, evaluate, track and report testing results
- Use bug tracking tools to report defects
- Identify clear and concise reproduction steps for defects
- Review and analyze system requirements and technical specifications to plan, design and execute test iterations
- Work closely with R&D to define algorithmic tests
- Analyze algorithms and provide a detailed written analysis
- Perform creative exploratory testing and regression tests
- Analyze and validate automated performance results
- Create and maintain documentation in Confluence
- Take an active role in assisting developers with issue diagnosis and providing design feedback
- Participate in the development of Quality Assurance standards and processes
- Promote Quality Assurance standards and processes
- Contribute to the definition of product functional specifications and performance acceptance criteria
**Experience And Qualifications you have**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years in Quality Assurance in a non-academic environment
- 3+ years working with simultaneous projects and environments involving test scripting and regression testing
- ** Experience in evaluating algorithms - strong asset**:
- Understanding of the SDLC and a strong knowledge of agile methodologies
- Ability to learn and comprehend complex system and innovative technology
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Strong attention to details
- Significant experience with Defect Tracking Tools and Test Management Tools
- Able to think beyond requirements with a mind-set towards delivering quality product
- Flexibility and comfort with working in a smaller, fast
- paced, and dynamic company environment with a technical focus
- Able to step back and understand the big picture
- Experience with mass-market products - an asset.
- Experience with image-processing system - an asset.
