We are looking for a Lead Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. Lead QA Engineer responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts.) Ultimately, you should monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards. Responsibilities Primary responsibility is to review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Create and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, test cases, test scenarios, regression tests, and work with developers to ensure all reported software bugs/defects are resolved. Design, develop and execute automation scripts using team-approved tools to verify product functionality as features are being developed. Participate in a 24x7x365 support team. This team supports all critical business environments, including ancillary programs, scripts, and tools. As a part of this team, you must take calls and be prepared to facilitate solutions. A responsibility of being a member of this team is cross‑training other team members in fundamental system functions that they may need to understand to cover for you effectively. To be able to champion SDLC test Life Cycle including but not limited to functional tests, regression tests, API tests, database tests, automated tests, smoke tests, etc. Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs. Liase with internal teams (e.g., developers and product owners) to identify system requirements. Investigate the causes of non‑conforming software and train users to implement solutions with adequate documentation or training. Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts. Participate in meetings/ceremonies/company‑wide events that are essential to team/company productivity. Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies. Skills and Qualifications 10+ years of overall experience in QA and Automation Engineering with strong expertise in UI and API automation Ability to lead QA strategy while remaining actively hands‑on in both manual and automation testing. Hands‑on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Playwright, TestNG, and Junit etc) Proven ability to design, build, and maintain custom automation frameworks, including reusable components, utilities, and libraries Strong experience in API testing methodologies, validation strategies, and automation frameworks Advanced knowledge of CI/CD pipeline integration using Jenkins, Git, and related tools Extensive experience with Click up, Jira for defect tracking, and traceability Strong foundation in black‑box and white‑box testing techniques Hands‑on experience with SQL and scripting Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Exposure to performance and security testing is a plus Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and architectural thinking skills Superior organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Strong communication, leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration skills Nice to have Experience within the iGaming industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
