Employer Industry: Healthcare Services Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $56,540 CAD Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision care Support for working families, including backup dependent care and paid parental leave Opportunities for professional development and participation in mentorship programs Inclusive culture that promotes personal growth and well-being Flexible work schedule accommodating multiple time zones What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Create and maintain patient records in the CRM, ensuring accuracy and regular updates Execute essential administrative tasks to facilitate patient progression through the Program Ensure data integrity and act as a liaison between team members Handle incoming and outgoing faxes in a timely and appropriate manner Organize work schedules to complement multiple time zones and cover various shifts What is Required (Qualifications): Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or data entry role Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Experience with SalesForce or another CRM system is an asset Ability to communicate effectively in English and French (oral and written) Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience with faxing software such as MyFax or Right Fax Technical vocational training or an equivalent combination of experience and education Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively Experience providing assistance during periods of increased workload We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
