**Job Title**: Junior Data Entry Specialist (Remote)

Accurately enter and update data into database systems

Generate reports, store completed work, and perform backup operations
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Collaborate with team members on data entry projects and workflow improvements
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Provide support for data entry-related queries and requests
Assist with regular audits to ensure data accuracy

**To be successful in this role, you should possess**:
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications a plus
Proficient typing and transcription skills
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and data programs
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high volume of data
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Prior experience in data entry or related field preferred but not required
