This contract role is ideal for someone with strong numerical accuracy and experience working with payments, invoices, or financial data. Responsibilities Enter and process high volumes of customer payments Match remittances to invoices and account balances Verify amounts, dates, and account details for accuracy Flag discrepancies and assist with basic AR reconciliations Maintain organized electronic records and documentation Support general accounting administration as required Qualifications 1–2+ years of data entry, accounting assistant, or AR support experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers Comfortable working in a high-volume environment Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) Strong organizational and communication skills Details Full-time, on-site position Standard business hours Immediate start preferred
