Senior Account Executive (Mixmax) Location: Canada & LatAm (Remote) | Salary: $150,000 OTE At Mixmax, we're building the future of how revenue teams work — smarter, faster, and more human. Our Sales Co‑Pilot Platform helps go‑to‑market teams close more deals by automating repetitive tasks, surfacing the right signals, and enabling meaningful, intentional customer conversations. We're hiring a GTM Specialist (Full Cycle AE) to drive the complete revenue lifecycle across our U.S. market. You'll help prospects and customers understand WHO to contact, WHEN to reach out, HOW to connect, and WHAT to say — using Mixmax to orchestrate revenue motions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps. You'll operate with a founder's mindset — owning outcomes end‑to‑end, mastering our product, and shaping how GTM teams use Mixmax to accelerate productivity and revenue. This role reports directly into Revenue Leadership and plays a key part in scaling our hybrid Product‑Led + Sales‑Led motion. In Your First 3 Months Deeply understand Mixmax's platform, GTM workflows, and revenue playbooks Own a territory and begin driving full‑cycle motions across new business and expansion Leverage product usage signals to identify high‑intent opportunities Run high‑impact discovery using our SPRINT framework Build strong cross‑functional relationships with CS, Product, and RevOps Drive early wins by configuring Mixmax for customer‑specific use cases In Your First 6 Months Consistently hit new business and expansion revenue targets Build scalable outbound + inbound workflows using Mixmax Use data to prioritize accounts and accelerate cycle times Improve our signal‑based selling motion by identifying patterns in usage and intent Collaborate with Product to surface GTM feedback directly from the field Contribute to optimizing our full‑cycle selling methodology and operational processes What You'll Be Doing Own the full revenue cycle: prospecting → discovery → demo → closing → expansion Help prospects and customers automate workflows and design effective GTM systems Translate platform capabilities into tangible outcomes for Sales, Marketing, CS & RevOps Use Mixmax product signals to uncover expansion and new business opportunities Run value‑based discovery and guide buyers through a structured process Architect deals using our PLAN selling methodology to move opportunities efficiently Partner with CS to ensure successful onboarding and early retention signals Collaborate with Product & RevOps to inform roadmap, messaging, and GTM strategy Continuously refine outbound motion, messaging, and revenue playbooks What We're Looking For 3–5+ years of full‑cycle sales experience in B2B SaaS Proven track record driving both new business and expansion revenue Strong understanding of GTM functions and how they work together Experience closing 30–45 day sales cycles with precision Ability to translate technical workflows into clear business value Comfortable operating independently in a fast‑moving, remote environment Strong process discipline and familiarity with structured selling methodologies CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and data‑driven operating mindset High ownership, high accountability, and a bias toward action Core Competencies Full‑Cycle Excellence – You manage the entire revenue journey confidently and efficiently. GTM Fluency – You understand Sales, Marketing, CS & RevOps workflows deeply. Signal‑Based Selling – You interpret usage and intent data to prioritize accounts.
