The Role

The Sales Representative will handle all Trail Appliances customers promptly and courteously to ascertain and meet their appliance/product needs. Sales staff will establish and maintain a satisfactory level of ongoing customer prospecting and achieve an acceptable level of sales.

What you will be doing

Meet and exceed sales goals through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
Establish an on-going prospecting system.
Accurately process orders through systems, processing customer payments, and successfully resolve customer problems.
Assist with inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and organizing products.
Supply specifications of products to any trades involved in the customer’s new home or renovation project.

To be successful in this role you must exhibit:

Prior sales experience
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and problem solve.
Ability to work well with others.
Basic computer skills

Compensation

As a commissioned Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive income, with an average earning potential of $60,000 to $90,000. However, some of our top performing Sales Representatives earn $150,000+.
