How You'll Make an Impact Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to foster growth, engagement, and high performance Coordinating and monitoring daily operations and service delivery for the SWM Advisory Admin team Delivering training, advice, and technical expertise on administrative processes to team members and licensed staff Providing strategic advice and support to the Senior Manager on program plans and priorities Identifying opportunities to optimize processes and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and member experience Participating in testing and implementation of new or enhanced systems Ensuring compliance with established service standards and managing operational risk Building a team culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation Supporting cross‑functional collaboration within Wealth Management and Impact Investing What You’ll Bring to the Team Post‑secondary education in business administration, finance, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management operations or financial services administration At least 2 years of leadership experience managing teams in a service delivery environment Strong knowledge of operational risk management and process improvement methodologies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with wealth management systems Industry courses such as CSC (Canadian Securities Course) or IFIC is required You’ll Thrive Here If You Are Collaborative - You build strong relationships and foster teamwork across functions. What You’ll Earn This role offers a salary range of $81,200 to $122,000 per annum . The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity.
