About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager. In this role, you will support and manage customer-facing projects from initiation through delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure project milestones are met, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage and support end-to-end project execution within the manufacturing environment. Coordinate activities across engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and customer teams. Maintain project schedules, track progress, and ensure on‑time delivery of project milestones. Lead or support customer‑facing discussions, updates, and issue resolution. Identify project risks, dependencies, and resource needs; elevate issues when necessary. Ensure proper documentation throughout the project life cycle (requirements, meeting notes, reports). Facilitate meetings, communicate action items, and hold contributors accountable. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. Contribute to project process improvements and best practices. Required Qualifications 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Experience managing customer‑facing projects with direct interaction and communication responsibilities. Completion of at least two full project development life cycles from initiation to closure. Strong ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, including cross‑functional teams and customers. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. Proficiency with project management tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
