Junior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the planning and execution of projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and communication with stakeholders
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, and that project data is properly stored and archived
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project management or related field
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- French speaker
- PMP certification is a plus.

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
