Conectado Solutions is looking to hire a qualified Junior Project Manager, who will work closely with the Program Manager fielding client requests and inputting them into our tracking system. The Junior Project Manager will ensure that work is assigned to appropriate sprints and work units as well as maintain internal timelines to ensure tasks are delivered for official approval and sign off.

**Duties**
- Assist Program Manager in managing Agile sprint planning and control
- Supervise different tasks in the quest of completing the project
- Monitor and report on the project progress, performance and backlog.
- Update and maintain project dashboards, issues and trackers
- Create and maintain project schedules and associated documentation
- Responsible for the flow of information between the project teams
- Translate metrics into meaningful, actionable and project plans
- Identify and communicate any rules and standards to the working team
- Manage project Backlog and R.A.I.D. time schedule and deliverables
- Make provisions for the progress of the project
- Make the arrangement for projects documentation and ensure that specifications are met
- Update information on the project management development, tools, regulations and industry best practices
- Make arrangement for the project completion based on specifications of the project owner
- Plan, commence, execute, supervise, and roundup assigned tasks
- Suggest strategies for achieving the project goals

**Requirements**:
**_Education & Experience_**
- A Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management or equivalent is an asset

**_Skills: _**
- Project development experience
- Risk management experience in project management
- Knowledge of important elements of project management, i.e. the project description, the project span, quality, needed resources, possible risk, relevant regulations and guidelines, most viable options, relevant tools, and methods available for execution
- Excellence in developing a working project management plan
- Expertise in executing what the project requires and meeting the need of the client and project
- Proficiency in analyzing and solving problems related to projects
- Good communication; written and spoken skills
- Strong ability to give attention to details, as well as tested organizational skills
- Strong knowledge and prowess in using modern information and communication technologies to projects
- Ability to be proactive and independent, and to be interdependent on the team
- Ability to get along well with the project team
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to project specifications
- Experience with Scrum and Agile is an asset
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
