Facilities Coordinator 1 year Contract Calgary-ONSITE Overview: This role is part of the Facilities Management team, responsible for supporting Property Managers in the day-to-day operations of assets, including repairs, maintenance, and investment planning. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure compliance with procedures, policies, and reporting standards. Respond to client inquiries and process work orders promptly. Collect and compile performance and progress reports for review. Maintain accurate filing of work orders, proposals, departmental documents, and vendor submissions. Monitor external building activities, including waste disposal and recycling compliance. Interpret and follow instructions, short correspondence, and memos; seek clarification when needed. Address common inquiries or complaints from clients, colleagues, and supervisors. Apply established procedures to resolve routine issues with limited discretion. Deliver outputs by following defined processes under close supervision. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience. Ability to follow standard work routines and procedures. Strong communication skills for exchanging straightforward information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic math skills for calculating percentages, discounts, and markups.
