Loblaw Companies Limited is seeking a dynamic Senior Systems Analyst to drive the efficiency and continuous improvement of our critical WMS platforms. In this role, you will support the full project lifecycle for WMS initiatives, from design through deployment and hypercare, acting as a critical link between IT and Business Operations. Key Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between IT development and Business Operations, translating complex business requirements into technical specifications for WMS initiatives Contribute to and coordinate WMS project activities across the system development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, system build/configuration, and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Foster effective collaboration and communication between technical and business stakeholders throughout all project phases System Analysis & Optimization Perform data validation, contribute to functional design specifications, and execute rigorous testing for WMS project deliverables and enhancements Evaluate WMS system issues and operational data to identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization Manage the full lifecycle of WMS Change Requests (CRs) and software defects, ensuring proper documentation and resolution System Support & User Enablement Manage the incident resolution process for WMS and related systems, ensuring issues are addressed within the agreed SLAs and providing regular status updates Collaborate with IT and Data teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex WMS system issues Provide expert coaching and assistance to end-users, enhancing their understanding of intricate WMS system processes Develop and maintain comprehensive Job Aids and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for WMS processes and functionalities Deliver engaging WMS system training sessions or provide direct assistance to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and end-users as needed Qualifications Experience & Education: 2-3 years of experience in WMS implementations, Supply Chain operations, System Analysis, or IT Project roles University degree or College diploma in a related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Computer Science) Technical Expertise: Ability to work with complex data systems and perform detailed data evaluation Strong firsthand experience with supply chain systems like Manhattan (WM/LM), SAP (ERP), or Blue Yonder (TMS) is highly desirable Experience with database technologies (e.g., SAS, PL/SQL, Teradata, Oracle) and other Supply Chain systems (e.g., Kronos) is an asset Core Skills: Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills with strong attention to detail Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities, adept at identifying root causes Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences and build consensus Highly motivated, flexible, and adaptable, with a proactive approach to issue-solving in dynamic environments Firm dedication to meet set out timelines and performance expectations Work Environment Ability to travel up to 30% of the year within Canada to various Loblaw locations as required Our commitment to Sustainability and Social Impact is an essential part of the way we do business, and we focus our attention on areas where we can have the greatest impact.
