**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage procurement and vendor relationships, including pricing negotiations and contract management.
- Oversee inventory management and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor shipments and logistics to multiple locations.
- Track imports, containers, and supply deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Forecast material and product requirements based on operational needs.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align supply chain operations with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems, procurement software, and logistics operations.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing multi-site operations is an advantage.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of import/export regulations and container logistics.
- Experience in project-based industries such as construction, manufacturing, or distribution.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
- Advanced Quickbooks Enterprise skill
