Role Description This is a contract role for a Vice President of Sales (Chief Growth Officer) with a hybrid working arrangement based in Moncton, NB, which includes some work-from-home flexibility. The Vice President of Sales will oversee the development and execution of strategic sales plans to drive growth and increase revenue. Responsibilities include managing sales operations, leading account management initiatives, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business development opportunities. The role also requires collaborating with cross‑functional teams to achieve sales goals and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations Strong skills in Business Development and identifying new opportunities for growth Expertise in Account Management and sustaining long‑term client relationships Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities Strategic vision with the ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to guide decision‑making Experience in a leadership or executive role driving sales growth is highly preferred Familiarity with the coaching or personal development sector is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
