Notre équipe est composée d'une quizaine de personnes passionnées par notre plateforme SaaS dédiée à l'organisation de conférences scientifiques. Avec plus de 10 ans d'expérience, nous avons des centaines de clients à l'international et visons à devenir LA solution reconnue mondialement pour les conférences académiques. Notre mission : supporter les communautés académiques et de recherche en facilitant les rencontres et les échanges. Nous construisons des outils pour optimiser l'efficacité des organisateurs de conférences et maximiser l'impact des événements pour les participants. Nous recherchons un Account Executive motivé(e) pour accélérer notre croissance en convertissant leads et prospects en clients enthousiastes. Défis principaux ⚡ Conversion de leads : Qualifier et convertir les leads entrants ainsi que ceux générés par notre équipe de BDR. ⚡ Prospection active : Conduire des prospections ciblées, des appels, des présentations et des négociations pour conclure de nouveaux contrats. ⚡ Développement du portefeuille client : S'appuyer sur nos clients existants et les références générées par l'équipe CSM pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités. ⚡ Collaboration interne : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le BDR, le CSM, le marketing et le produit pour assurer une expérience client optimale. ⚡ Rigueur opérationnelle : Maintenir à jour nos données dans HubSpot et assurer un suivi rigoureux de toutes les opportunités. Profil recherché Communication bilingue : Tu parles et écris couramment en français et en anglais.
