Lu2019AM est le point de contact principal, apporte son expertise commerciale et pilote lu2019ensemble des activitu00e9s commerciales CMD au sein des comptes.**Principaux segments de marchu00e9 desservis :****Exemples de comptes en sciences analytiques :**assurance qualitu00e9/contru00f4le qualitu00e9 pharmaceutique (QA/QC), environnement, industriel, su00e9curitu00e9 alimentaire et santu00e9. Une compu00e9tence produit est requise pour lu2019offre CMD pertinente.**Exemples de comptes en recherche scientifique :**milieu acadu00e9mique, R&D pharmaceutique/du00e9veloppement de mu00e9dicaments et R&D biopharmaceutique.Le/La Portfolio AM gu00e9rera u00e0 la fois des comptes en recherche scientifique et en sciences analytiques.**Responsabilitu00e9s clu00e9s :****Agilitu00e9 commerciale**Identifie et priorise de nouvelles opportunitu00e9s clients et du00e9veloppe des stratu00e9gies de mise en u0153uvre de solutions et de croissance.Augmente la part de marchu00e9 au sein des comptes existants en identifiant les zones sous-pu00e9nu00e9tru00e9es, en du00e9montrant la proposition de valeur de CMD, en concevant la solution appropriu00e9e et en concluant les opportunitu00e9s.Dirige et entretient les relations avec les comptes afin de stimuler lu2019expansion et les renouvellements sur lu2019ensemble du portefeuille CMD (instruments analytiques, consommables, services) ; fournit une assistance produit, des conseils et un soutien u00e0 la ru00e9solution de problu00e8mes aux clients, au besoin, et accu00e9lu00e8re les commandes.Identifie, documente et confirme le meilleur choix technologique pour ru00e9pondre aux besoins des clients.Pru00e9pare les devis, nu00e9gocie les contrats et conclut les commandes avec les utilisateurs finaux ainsi quu2019avec les services du2019achats, et soutient lu2019ensemble des processus du2019approvisionnement.**Leadership axu00e9 sur les ru00e9sultats**Accrou00eet la pu00e9nu00e9tration des comptes existants et la part de portefeuille. This role maintains effective and long-lasting customer relationships, develops opportunities for strategic growth of the account and works collaboratively to bring extraordinary support and customer experience, making it easier to do business with Thermo Fisher Scientiufb01c. The AM is the primary point of contact and provides sales expertise and drives all CMD commercial activities within the account.**Major end market focus areas include:**Analytical Science account examples: Pharma QA/QC, Environmental, Industrial, food safety, and Healthcare. Product competency is required for the relevant CMD product offering.Scientiufb01c Research account examples include Academic, Pharmaceutical R&D/drug development and BioPharma R&D.The Portfolio AM will be handling both Scientiufb01c Research and Analytical Science accounts.**Key Responsibilities:****Selling Agility**Identiufb01es and prioritizes new client opportunities and develops solution implementation and growth strategies.Increases share within existing accounts by identifying under penetrated areas, demonstrating CMDu2019s value proposition, designing the appropriate solution, and closing opportunities.Leads and nurtures account relationships to drive expansion and renewals across the full CMD portfolio, including analytical instruments, consumables, and services; provides product assistance, consultation, and problem solving to customers as vital and expedites orders.Identiufb01es, documents and conufb01rms the best technology choice to meet customer needs.Provides quotations, negotiates contracts and closes orders with end users as well as purchasing departments and supports all procurement processes.**Results Leadership**Expands current account penetration and share of wallet. Grows organically, broader and deeper with all primary products and leverages cross-sell motions and activities.Leads direction for the territory, develops sales strategies to meet plan and expand business within the assigned territory, and maintains a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed all quarterly sales objectives.Uses Thermo Fisher Scientiufb01cu2019s sales tools to effectively handle accounts, opportunities, pipelines and forecasts in an accurate and timely manner.Maintains awareness of competitor and industry activity and introduces new products and services as available.**Technical Knowledge**Leads partnership and coordination with technical sales, ufb01eld application, lab application and IES specialists, as well as any other internal partners, to provide technical expertise.Attends and runs technical business presentations and, when required, trade shows, user meetings and other customer events, and positively represents Thermo Fisher Scientiufb01c throughout customer locations.Exchanges account information and sales leads within and across Thermo Fisher Scientiufb01c commercial divisions.
