The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for shaping and implementing effective email strategies, ensuring seamless integration with marketing communication goals. We are looking for someone who has a passion for crafting compelling messaging, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing for impactful results in the realm of email marketing.


This role will report into the Senior Marketing Manager and work cross-functionally with the marketing/creative teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with the overall marketing strategy
  • Oversee the email marketing strategy, building and deploying emails through Klaviyo
  • Pulling data to create segmented lists based on audience characteristics, location and behaviour
  • Conduct A/B testing and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of email campaigns
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and legal requirements related to email marketing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including anti-SPAM laws and GDPR
  • Work closely with the copywriter to generate persuasive and compelling email copy tailored to resonate with the target audience

Experience:

  • 3-4 years of marketing experience with a focus in email marketing
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, specifically Klaviyo
  • Experience with marketing automation and drip campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Following attributes will be favourable:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field
  • Experience in HTML/CSS/Javascript
