Performance and Analytics, a division of Regulatory and Analytical Services, is an investment processing service group that provides performance measurement, analytics and reporting services to Asset Management, Insurance, Wealth Management and Pension Funds clients. The department has a global presence with current locations in New York, Toronto, Montreal and Mumbai. Due to recent growth and prospects, the Performance and Analytics team is searching for an addition in the Performance Measurement space.

What You Will Get To Do:
  1. Main
    1. For key large clients, act as main interface or consultant pertaining to performance analytics and their subsequent reporting. Assist with new client initiatives and play a key role for escalating any issues they might find.
    2. Provide business analysis for product development items, projects and client-directed queries.
    3. Guide and advise on new Performance Services client implementations
    4. Provide oversight of daily and monthly tasks to clients and ensure exceptional quality of client deliverables
    5. Contribute to growing the Performance & Analytics business globally
  2. Client Satisfaction
    1. Develop and maintain relationship with high-profile clients and senior executives
    2. Understand key client business objectives
    3. Communicate development plans and service updates to key clients
    4. Stay in touch with industry best practices, take client feedback and incorporate into product enhancements
  3. Business Development
    1. Assist Sales teams on RFI, RFP and other areas required.
    2. Deliver product and service demonstrations to existing and potential clients
    3. Act as primary regional subject matter expert and act as a key performance measurement and analysis resource within the organization.
    4. Participate in industry conferences and other professional events
  4. Staff Development & Training
    1. Potentially manage and motivate interdisciplinary teams in various global locations
    2. Participate in hiring staff and grow teams as required by business needs
  5. Product Development and Innovation
    1. Contribute to strategic product development by designing and recommending new features and enhancements to the product team
    2. Research, validate and recommend various analysis methodologies to keep current with industry trends and needs
What You Will Bring:

10-12 years of experience in investment performance measurement or related field
Solid understanding of investment performance, ex-post risk, GIPS and attribution analysis best practices.
Strong knowledge of a range of asset classes, such as equity, fixed income and derivatives
Completed or progressing towards professional level qualification, preferably either CFA or CIPM
Proven ability to meet strict periodic deliverables
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to influence others
Ability to multi-task effectively and ability to remain highly organized in a deadline driven environment
Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively explain attribution results
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, with advanced working knowledge of Excel
