To learn more about the company, please visit: Position Summary WELL Health is seeking a Senior Director, Business Transformation to lead strategic initiatives that leverage our Data Analytics, Automation, and AI platform to drive enterprise value. You will partner across functions to identify high-impact use cases, define requirements, design scalable processes, and support adoption of data-driven and automated / AI solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and business outcomes. What You Will Be Doing Lead cross-functional initiatives leveraging data analytics, automation, and AI to solve business problems and deliver measurable results. Identify and prioritize use cases in collaboration with business leaders; translate needs into requirements and solution design. Document and refining business processes, automation rules, controls, and target operating models. Work closely with Data, Technology, Risk, and business teams to ensure robust solutions and compliant implementations. Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to eliminate waste and streamline workflows. Partner on data platform initiatives, including Snowflake data structures, integration patterns, and analytical models. Drive adoption through clear training, communications, and change management support. Track and communication outcomes, including ROI, adoption metrics, and performance improvements. You Have 7+ years of experience in transformation, business process improvement, or strategic analytics roles with a focus on functional/business experience and perspective. Strong ability to elicit requirements, model processes, and define automation logic, and experience working with IT teams to turn that into deployed solutions. Understanding data platforms and analytics tools; experience with Snowflake is valuable. Familiarity with AI, analytics and automation technologies (AI, RPA, BI, workflow tools). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; experience leading cross-disciplinary teams. Demonstrated ability to deliver complex initiatives and influence outcomes.
