This role offers the opportunity to build a critical function combining project portfolio management, product management professional, technology business management, and accelerate our AI strategy. You will influence strategic planning, portfolio governance, and AI adoption at scale, while developing high-performing teams and communities of practice. You have: 15+ years in technology or product leadership roles within consumer, retail, or apparel industries Proven success leading PMO functions, product management organizations, and AI strategy initiatives Expertise in strategic planning, portfolio governance, delivery management, and AI adoption at global scale Strong financial acumen and experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Tableau Exceptional leadership and communication skills; ability to engage C-suite and cross-functional stakeholders Experience managing and developing small teams in a high-performance environment You are proactive in identifying root causes and developing solutions, remain highly adaptable in ambiguity, and inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training. The upper end of the range is typically reserved for candidates with demonstrated expertise that is above job requirements or who bring exceptional directly transferable experience.
