Nous recherchons un(e) Généraliste des ressources humaines (RH) bilingue, autonome et dynamique, ayant plus de 3-5 ans d’expérience.


Responsabilités :

●Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies RH visant à optimiser les processus existants et à promouvoir une culture d'entreprise positive et innovante.

●Prendre en charge le traitement de la paie et garantir la conformité aux normes canadiennes.

●Gérer l’ensemble du cycle de recrutement pour attirer des talents capables de soutenir la transformation de l’entreprise.

●S'assurer de la conformité des politiques et pratiques RH aux réglementations en vigueur au Canada et aux États-Unis.

●Développer des programmes de formation, de développement et de gestion de la performance afin de favoriser l'épanouissement des employés.

●Gérer la communication interne pour encourager l’engagement.

●Optimiser la gestion des avantages sociaux, incluant les régimes de retraite, l’assurance collective et la paie.

●Soutenir les gestionnaires dans la gestion de leurs équipes, en les conseillant sur les bonnes pratiques de leadership et des meilleures pratiques visant à renforcer l’engagement et le bien-être des employés.

●Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance clés pour mesurer l'efficacité des processus RH.


Profil recherché :

●Diplôme universitaire en ressources humaines, gestion ou domaine connexe.

●3-5 ans d’expérience en ressources humaines

●Bilinguisme requis ( français et anglais).

●Capacité d’analyse et d’initiative pour proposer des améliorations aux processus existants.

●Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément dans un environnement en évolution.

●Leadership reconnu, avec un fort sens de l'organisation et de la communication. Facilité à travailler en collaboration.

We are seeking an HR Generalist for a manufacturing distribution company founded over 175 years ago in Montreal East

We’re looking for a bilingual, independent, and dynamic HR Generalist with over 3-5 years of experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to optimize existing processes and promote a positive and innovative company culture.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with Canadian standards.
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle to attract talent that can support the company's transformation.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Canadian and U.S. regulations.
  • Develop training, development, and performance management programs to support employee growth.
  • Manage internal communication to encourage engagement.
  • Optimize benefits management, including retirement plans, group insurance, and payroll.
  • Support managers in team management by advising on best leadership practices to enhance employee engagement and well-being.
  • Implement key performance indicators to measure HR process effectiveness.


Desired Profile:

  • University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience.
  • Bilingualism required (French and English).
  • Analytical and initiative skills to suggest process improvements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-evolving environment.
  • Recognized leadership with strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively.
