The ideal candidate will drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners. Please note this position requires language skills, as you will be working with our global partners. Successful candidates must be bilingual in French and English. Responsibilities Conduct direct sales activities to meet and exceed sales targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Canadian market Develop and maintain strong client relationships through virtual meetings and face-to-face interactions Represent the company at trade shows and industry events Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance Deliver forecasts to leadership and maintain Salesforce hygiene Navigate Mitel systems and organization for support and collaboration Understand and position Mitel solutions and roadmap Leverage sales methodologies such as MEDPICC or Richardson Requirements Bilingual in French and English Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the Canadian telecommunication, enterprise networking, or related technology markets Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Willingness to travel within Canada Mitel offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance, RRSP matching, Paid time off, Employee Assistance Program, Reward and Recognition programs, and more.
