The Role As an Account Specialist , you’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll be the trusted partner to your clients, anticipating needs, bringing insights that drive real results, and ensuring delivery excellence every step of the way. You’ll collaborate closely with traders, sales, and leadership, blending analytical thinking with creative problem‑solving. * Note: This is a 1 year contract * What You’ll Do Exceed client expectations by managing campaigns with precision, speed, and care Build data‑driven reports that tell a clear story by tying performance to business impact Identify new opportunities to grow accounts, add value, and push outcomes forward Own the Process Manage full campaign lifecycles including setup, trafficking, optimization, reporting, and wrap‑up Anticipate challenges and solve them before they become roadblocks Balance multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing quality or attention to detail Collaborate to Win Work closely with cross‑functional teams to align on KPIs, budgets, and strategy Partner with traders, web, and sales teams to deliver seamless, high‑performing campaigns Contribute ideas that strengthen how we operate and improve client results Communicate Like a Pro Lead client communications with confidence, clarity, and polish Share insights and recommendations that demonstrate strategic thinking and ownership Proactively manage expectations and always follow through Innovate and Grow Support sales in identifying and developing new business opportunities Stay curious by exploring emerging tools, channels, and trends to keep our approach fresh Obtain DSP certifications (DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo, Amazon) within your first six months What You Bring Solid understanding and experience of the digital media landscape and its fast‑paced nature A proactive, street‑smart approach and the ability to think three steps ahead Strong communication and presentation skills; you can articulate ideas clearly and confidently Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proven ability to manage competing priorities and stay organized under pressure Comfort working collaboratively with teams and clients alike Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Why 2045 We’re a collective of world‑class media experts powered by AI, strategy, and creativity.
