Account Specialist The Account Specialist serves as the main contact for Canadian ExamOne accounts, managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and drive business growth. This Canada-based role involves interacting with key Canadian and US stakeholders, requiring strong problem‑solving and process‑improvement skills, and the ability to work independently to achieve business goals. Base pay range $67,320.00/yr - $89,045.00/yr Duties and Responsibilities Serve as main contact for customers' business needs. Resolve or identify a source for resolutions. Serve as liaison between all teams and departments: Strategic Account Executives, Customer Service Group, Case Management, Quality Assurance, Project Managers, Account Managers, IT, Customer Success, Field Operations, Professional Services, Billing, etc. Update all account information accurately in Salesforce and audit account codes for order placement and billing. Review billing invoices and verify workflow processes. Validate project needs to ensure correct alignment. Attend, facilitate and lead client meetings (virtual or in‑person). Actively participate in national industry events, with approved travel as needed. Provide reporting metrics and data interpretation from various systems and data sources to provide valuable business/customer updates. Join, participate and/or lead daily, weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly calls both internally and externally. Proactively identify areas of risk or opportunity and work closely with Strategic Account Executives to protect or gain business. Retain business through exceptional customer care, timely responses, proprietary insight, and relationship building. Qualifications Required Work Experience Must have 5 years of experience in an account management or sales support type environment. Preferred Work Experience Life insurance industry, experience working in Canada/US global companies. Strong experience in data analytics leveraging account management type systems. Physical and Mental Requirements Auditory and visual ability along with comfort with video meetings. Knowledge Strong computer skills; proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Salesforce. Skills Must be able to quickly and efficiently resolve urgent client issues. Strong oral and written communication. Observe strict confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to set goals, multi‑task and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently with little direct supervision. Accuracy with attention to detail. Present self and ExamOne in a professional, enthusiastic, and positive manner. Make a good impression, quickly develop rapport, and cultivate long‑term relationships. Possesses strong leadership skills and contributes to a teamwork environment. Solution‑oriented, positive outlook, willingness to think outside the box. Travel required Travel up to 25%. Required Education Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing, Medical Technology or related field of study. Experience may be substituted for degree.
