We are seeking a dedicated and organized Team Assistant to join our Programs and Services division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential administrative support in a dynamic healthcare or social services environment.


Key Responsibilities:

- Process and track client referrals

- Maintain and update shared electronic records

- Communicate with clients, families, and network partners

- Respond to general inquiries and direct clinical inquiries appropriately

Qualifications:

- Two-year College diploma in Office/Business Administration or Medical Administration

- Minimum one year of relevant office administrative experience in healthcare or social services

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records

- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of children's service systems in the region (asset)
