We can’t wait to welcome you The Role The Rapid Response Sales Support Coordinator will provide crucial assistance to Wyndham’s sales team and customers, helping enable revenue growth while gaining exposure across all aspects of the end-to-end sales process. Primary responsibilities include supporting sellers by handling activities across the sales process and across multiple opportunities. Sales Coordinators support existing customers by addressing inbound requests and processing bookings. The ideal candidate is highly motivated by team success and collaborates effectively with customers, hotels, vendors, and internal teams to help drive new sales for Wyndham. This Work from Home position is located in Saint John, New Brunswick. Our team members also attend in-person collaboration days and meetings. What you'll do Receive and manage inbound requests from sellers and clients via phone and email Communicate with sellers, clients, and hotels using Salesforce and Outlook Process urgent incoming opportunities and complete bookings within strict service levels (1-4 hours) Source hotel options for Extended Stay or project-based requests Modify or cancel bookings Utilize multiple reservation systems (CR/PMS) to manage booking updates Engage with hotels to push reservations through at sold-out properties Ensure IATA and Corporate IDs are attached to all applicable reservations Create and run reports to ensure data accuracy Collaborate with Wyndham Commissions team for account consolidation Complete folio retrieval for all bookings across all systems Perform additional administrative functions as required by GSO Team or Account Coordinator will become subject matter experts within assigned segments Coordinator will be required to assist with other accounts or in alternate segments when needed Flexible scheduling is required, including evenings and weekends. Potential for rotating schedule or on-call work based on business needs Coordinator will also be expected to resolve, within reason, basic customer service-related issues surfaced by key accounts You'll be successful if you have Ability to work through company-provided training and self-paced training Ability to multi-task Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer proficiency Knowledge of the travel industry is considered an asset Required Qualifications/Experience Education: High School Diploma Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft tools Knowledge of Salesforce, Sabre, SynXis, and Opera is an asset One year of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
