Remote | Full-Time (Opportunity for Part-Time with the Right Candidate) Close date for applicants: January 25, 2026 About the Role We are seeking a motivated, self-starting Sales Coordinator to support and grow our sales efforts. While our primary focus is the school and education market, this role will also help explore and expand into additional organizations and customer segments. This is a remote, full-time position, with flexibility for part-time work for the right candidate. You will work closely with Marketing, Customer Support, and the Executive team to manage the sales process, deliver product demonstrations, support customer relationships, and help drive revenue growth for All The Right Type , a trusted typing program with over 35 years of success in education. As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll thrive in a remote work environment that values flexibility, autonomy, and forward-thinking, with opportunities to make a meaningful impact. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a remote team. Key Responsibilities Support sales goals through lead management, follow-ups, and closing activities. Collaborate with Marketing to identify target markets, analyze trends, and support edtech lead generation in traditional and non-traditional learning spaces. Assist in exploring new markets and customer segments beyond schools. Help prioritize outreach by state/province and understand the needs of different grade levels and organization types. Communicate regularly with the executive team on sales activity, progress, and challenges. Learn the product thoroughly to confidently deliver live and virtual demonstrations to schools, organizations, and other potential customers. Coordinate and track product previews, including setup, follow-up, and conversion tracking through our CRM. Prepare and issue quotes and assist with pricing requests. Follow up on warm leads, past leads, and renewal customers. Send renewal reminders and support long-term customer relationships. Ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Reporting & Administration Track and report sales activity, previews, conversions, and pipeline data. Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activity in CRM and internal systems. Provide general sales and administrative support as needed. Marketing & Events Work closely with Marketing on outreach efforts, campaigns, and feedback from prospective customers. Assist with market research and identifying new opportunities. Attend and travel to trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote the product. Represent the company professionally at events and capture leads. Qualifications & Skills Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Sales experience required (experience in education, software, or customer-focused sales is an asset). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable presenting to individuals or small groups. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly. Understanding of sales processes, lead tracking, and follow-up. Willingness and ability to travel seasonally for trade shows and events. Valid passport for travel within North America. Assets (Nice to Have): Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field. Experience working with schools or educational organizations. Experience selling or supporting products beyond the education sector. Experience with Google Workspace, and/or Zoho. Experience providing technical customer support. Strong typing skills. Located in British Columbia. Compensation & Time Off Wages and vacation details will be discussed based on experience. Full Time – 35 hours a week. $50,000 – $58,000 per year (based on experience).
