How you will make an impact As a seminar and workshop facilitator you will be responsible for delivering in-person and virtual training sessions to TELUS Health corporate clients. You will also actively manage the learning environment and share your subject matter expertise and experience with client participants. Topics include change management, stress management, resiliency, respect, professionalism and difficult behaviors (material is already prepared): • Seminars: One hour awareness building sessions. • Workshops: Half- and full- day interactive, skill-building sessions most often focused on changing workplace behavior.
