Director of Finance Lambert Nemec Group is seeking a Director of Finance / Senior Finance Leader to join a rapidly expanding global organization. This high-impact leadership role is designed for a finance professional who thrives in growth environments and enjoys building scalable financial infrastructure. Reporting to senior executive leadership, the Director of Finance will lead financial strategy, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, and team development while partnering closely with leadership to support global expansion and long-term performance. Responsibilities Leading the organization’s finance function, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A. Developing and executing financial strategy aligned with corporate growth and expansion objectives. Overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across multiple entities. Establishing and monitoring key financial and operational performance metrics (KPIs). Building scalable finance processes, policies, internal controls, and governance frameworks. Leading cash flow management, working capital optimization, and capital planning. Supporting mergers, acquisitions, and international expansion initiatives through financial modeling and due diligence. Partnering with executive leadership to provide financial insights and decision support. Overseeing tax compliance, statutory reporting, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions. Selecting, implementing, and optimizing ERP and financial reporting systems. Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing finance and accounting team. Driving continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization initiatives. Requirements Professional accounting designation (CPA) preferred; equivalent senior finance leadership experience will be considered. 8+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including leadership roles. Proven experience in financial strategy, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Experience supporting multi-entity, global, or high-growth organizations. Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and risk management. Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and financial systems; ERP experience is highly valued. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and partner with executives. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Competitive base salary of $130,000 - $160,000, depending on experience.
