They produce moulds for houseware, furniture, kitchenware, industrial components while combining cutting-edge technology with a hands-on approach to deliver tailor-made solutions for their clients' manufacturing needs. They are seeking a CNC Operator/Programmer to join their team Responsibilities Read and interpret drawings and specification to produce components Set up and operate horizontal CNC machines for production Optimize CNC programs using Mastercam (2D and 3D) for various parts and materials Transfer programs to Fanuc-controlled machines and perform dry runs as needed Recommend tooling or process improvements to increase efficiency Maintain a clean working environment and Adhere to Health and Safety Policy and Procedures Follow verbal and written instructions of numerical dimensions and tolerances Other duties assigned Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CNC machining, preferably with horizontal machines Proven experience operating and setting up horizontal CNC machines Proficient with Fanuc-style controls Strong working knowledge of Mastercam software (2D and 3D programming) Ability to read and interpret blueprint, technical drawings and CAD drawings Experience working with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc. Excellent problem solving skills Must possess high attention to detail and able to work efficiently and meet deadlines Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation All applicants please forward your resume to be considered.
