CNC Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Operator to join our client's night production team and help maintain our commitment to excellence. The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machinery to produce cabinet components with precision and efficiency. This role requires a strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to interpret shop drawings.
Responsibilities:
· Set up and operate CNC Edgebending, panel machinery used in furniture production.
· Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
· Perform basic machine maintenance and tooling changes to minimize downtime.
· Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
· Collaborate with production team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.
· Report any issues with machinery, materials, or production to the supervisor.
· Follow company health and safety procedures at all times.
· Other duties as may be assigned
Requirements:
· 1-3 years of experience operating CNC millwork machinery
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cut lists.
· Familiarity with cabinetmaking materials such as MDF, plywood, hardwood, and laminates.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
