They are seeking a CNC Operator/Programmer to join their teamResponsibilitiesRead and interpret drawings and specification to produce componentsSet up and operate horizontal CNC machines for productionOptimize CNC programs using Mastercam (2D and 3D) for various parts and materialsTransfer programs to Fanuc-controlled machines and perform dry runs as neededRecommend tooling or process improvements to increase efficiencyMaintain a clean working environment and Adhere to Health and Safety Policy and ProceduresFollow verbal and written instructions of numerical dimensions and tolerancesOther duties assignedRequirementsHigh School Diploma or EquivalentMinimum 3–5 years of experience in CNC machining, preferably with horizontal machinesProven experience operating and setting up horizontal CNC machinesProficient with Fanuc-style controlsStrong working knowledge of Mastercam software (2D and 3D programming)Ability to read and interpret blueprint, technical drawings and CAD drawingsExperience working with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.Excellent problem solving skillsMust possess high attention to detail and able to work efficiently and meet deadlinesValid Driver's License and reliable transportationAll applicants please forward your resume to be considered.
