**CNC SWISS Machine Operator Job Description**

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Set up and operate CNC SWISS machines according to specifications and production requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to determine machining operations.
- Assemble components as per engineering specifications.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments such as calipers to ensure precision in machining.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CNC SWISS Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with CAD software; experience with SolidWorks is a plus.
- Knowledge of Fanuc controls is preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification preferred).
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments like calipers.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
