Job Description About the Business Development Department Our Business Development team drives growth by partnering with businesses of all sizes to deliver innovative logistics solutions. The Inside Sales Representative acts as a trusted advisor, driving UPS Small Package sales within the small customer segment. Job Summary This entry‑level position is responsible for prospecting new customers while expanding revenue with existing clients. The successful candidate will build strong relationships, assess customer needs, and present tailored solutions to support revenue growth and customer retention. Key Responsibilities And Duties Prospect new clients to expand market share in the small customer segment. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries timely and effectively. Develop strong relationships with existing customers to support growth and ensure a positive customer experience. Create compelling value proposals for potential and existing customers. Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions. Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) – required for regular interactions with clients outside Quebec (50%). Intermediate computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong financial and market knowledge. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Class 5 driver’s license and own vehicle for business (local requirements). Availability to work flexible hours and operate vehicle. Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent – preferred.
