Account Manager, Business Leadership - Experiential & Sponsorship Marketing We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Account Manager to support the delivery of integrated sponsorship and experiential marketing programs across a portfolio of clients. Reporting to an Account Director, this role plays a critical part in ensuring day-to-day excellence—helping translate strategy into execution, keeping teams aligned, and delivering strong client service across multiple workstreams. Responsibilities Support the Account Director in managing day-to-day client relationships, communications, and deliverables. Act as a reliable client contact, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and met. Assist in preparing client presentations, status updates, and post-program reporting. Support the planning and execution of experiential, event, and sponsorship programs across multiple clients. Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure programs are delivered on strategy, on time, and on budget. Proactively identify risks, issues, or gaps and elevate with solutions. Work closely with creative, production, strategy, and external partner teams to ensure alignment and quality of work. Help manage communication across internal teams and inter-agency partners, keeping workstreams moving forward. Contribute to idea generation and problem-solving as part of integrated agency teams. Assist with budget tracking, estimates, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Support resourcing plans and scope management in partnership with the Account Director. Maintain strong attention to detail across documentation, approvals, and internal processes. Mentor and support more junior team members as appropriate. Demonstrate Momentum’s values through collaboration, accountability, and professionalism. Continuously build knowledge of agency capabilities, experiential best practices, and client businesses. Qualifications & Requirements 3+ years of experience in marketing, experiential, sponsorship, or integrated agency roles. Prior agency experience strongly preferred. Experience supporting complex programs with multiple stakeholders and moving parts. Strong organizational and project management skills. Solid understanding of digital, social, and integrated marketing ecosystems. Comfortable working across multiple clients and priorities. Strong communication and presentation skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure. Experience supporting budget management and financial tracking.
