We are hiring for our client in the financial services industry. Looking for a Mail Services Clerk to support daily incoming and outgoing mail operations. This entry-level position provides exposure to multiple business units and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7.5 hrs/day (8am–4pm to start) Pay Rate: $17.60/hr Duration: 6 months Onsite: 5 days per week Responsibilities Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier items. Prepare and process outgoing mail accurately and on time. Handle cheques, contracts, statements, and customer correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality. Use internal systems to retrieve client details and update mailing information. Maintain shared inboxes and respond to email requests promptly. Perform address investigations, resolve inquiries, and assist with admin tasks as needed. Provide reliable, professional customer service to internal teams. Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. High attention to detail and accuracy. Previous experience in customer service or data entry. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to manage fluctuating workloads and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams). Education High school diploma required.
