This is an opportunity for an experienced finance professional to lead with insight, drive value-added analysis, and support key financial projects that influence strategic decision-making. Reporting to the finance leadership team, the successful candidate will lead P&L reviews, forecasting, and budgeting cycles, while supporting business systems projects and process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, systems-savvy individual looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed monthly P&L reviews, variance analysis, and present financial insights to leadership Develop and manage annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and 5-year strategic financial plans Lead financial modeling and support business cases for capital investments, pricing, and project ROI Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, systems, and processes Collaborate cross-functionally on finance transformation and business system upgrades (ERP/MIS) Prepare and deliver timely management reporting packages and dashboards Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies Requirements 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis or corporate finance Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field CPA or CFA designation (or in progress) is preferred Proven ability to synthesize complex data and deliver meaningful financial insight Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) Rewards Competitive compensation package reflective of experience and impact Exceptional bonus, benefits, health, RSP match and so on.
