OverviewLambert Nemec Group is partnering with a respected organization in their search for a Senior Financial Analyst. This is an opportunity for an experienced finance professional to lead with insight, drive value-added analysis, and support key financial projects that influence strategic decision-making.Reporting to the finance leadership team, the successful candidate will lead P&L reviews, forecasting, and budgeting cycles, while supporting business systems projects and process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, systems-savvy individual looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed monthly P&L reviews, variance analysis, and present financial insights to leadershipDevelop and manage annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and 5-year strategic financial plansLead financial modeling and support business cases for capital investments, pricing, and project ROIDrive continuous improvement in financial reporting, systems, and processesCollaborate cross-functionally on finance transformation and business system upgrades (ERP/MIS)Prepare and deliver timely management reporting packages and dashboardsSupport audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policiesRequirements5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis or corporate financeBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldCPA or CFA designation (or in progress) is preferredProven ability to synthesize complex data and deliver meaningful financial insightExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAdvanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)RewardsCompetitive compensation package reflective of experience and impactExceptional bonus, benefits, health, RSP match and so on.
