This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Be prepared for a fast-paced work environment with changing conditions Demonstrate a positive attitude and good communication skills Ensure that a high level of customer service is given to each guest Improve guests experience by offering interpretation on board Keeping fishing boats and fishing equipment in ready condition Maintaining trip and mechanical logs and maintaining a safe and clean environment in all areas Sustain a safe environment in all areas controlled by Minnewanka Lake Participate in the global effort to keep all areas of Minnewanka clean and wildlife safe Responsible for guest safety and comfort during tours, without any direct supervision REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Passionate and experienced angler High attention to detail and good communication skills Strong customer service skills Excellent fishing knowledge Ability to think calmly and clearly in any situation Mechanically inclined Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC) support and course reimbursement provided First Aid experience an asset Responsible and able to work independently, dependable To honour our commitment to be "Always Honest" all employees must consent to a criminal record check The starting wage for this role is $20.00/hour About Us: We're more than a hospitality and attractions company.
