We’re seeking a Electrical Engineer Founder to revolutionize food preservation — reducing freezer burn, keeping food fresh, and cutting waste. You’ll define the product, validate the market, and build the technical roadmap, bringing cutting-edge research or industry experience into a venture-backed startup. What You'll Do: Design, build, and test next-generation freezer systems for supercooled states. Integrate electrical, magnetic, and thermal subsystems for precise control. Develop circuits, power electronics, and control logic for tunable field applications. Collaborate with mechanical engineers, physicists, and materials scientists to optimize performance. Implement safety protocols, power management, and fail-safes for high-field, low-temperature environments. Support prototyping, troubleshooting, and scaling from lab to production. Document designs and testing protocols to accelerate deployment. What We're Looking For: BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering (PhD a plus). Strong in circuit design, power electronics, and control systems . Experience with magnetic/electric field generation & control (e.g., coils, high-voltage, PWM). Knowledge of cryogenics or refrigeration systems is highly desirable. Skilled in embedded systems and real-time control . Hands-on with prototyping and troubleshooting electromechanical systems . Team-oriented, documentation-driven, and entrepreneurial. (Bonus) Startup or project-leadership experience. We Offer: $600k in pre-seed funding and operational support to launch the company. Access to a curated network of technical advisors, industry partners, and early adopters. Collaboration with our venture team for customer development, fundraising, and hiring. A competitive compensation package, including founder-level equity and a stipend.
